Tracking during production:
By signing up to an account at beautonomy.com before, or at the time you place your order, the status of your order can be tracked during the production process by logging into 'My Account'.
When an order is placed and the payment is successfully processed, the status of an order will be 'Ready to Print'. Once your order is in production, the status will change to 'Processing'. When your order is ready to send out the status will change to complete.
If you did not sign up to a Beautonomy account but want to check on the progress of your order then please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to provide you with a speedy update.
Tracking once it has been dispatched:
Once your order is sent out you will receive an email informing you of how to track your order. The method will be different depending on your shipping method. Below are links to the tracking web pages for the different shipping methods:

*(For DHL Global orders, you should receive a tracking confirmation email from Deutsche Post where they will provide you with a 13 digit tracking number - please check your spam/ junk mail as sometimes emails may re-route there - once you have received this you will be able to track your order with the link above or with your National Postal Service)*
